learning stuff
One thing i realized as soon as i got here in cambridge, is how many, millions tons of things i didn't even have an idea they were out there..
how many scientific nerdy fascinating things were around me which i was completely ignoring but that instead they were so cool!!
I remember the first time i spoke with danielle about her work, and i was clueless, not that now i actually understand what she is talking about :), but when she talks about her planaria and tiny worms that can develop 10 heads and tails now I can at least nod having and idea...
so many things i got to know lately, that i just can't list all, but today i visited my roommate's lab and i went into the fish room of zebrafish! yeah!
they are soooooo cool!!
when they are tiny tiny still not developed you can see them through the microscope, although i will never get used to that thing as i just feel cross-eyed anytime i put my eyes on it, and here it is the tiny heart pulsing and the blood going all around those tiny bodies!
then we went into the fish room and i felt like being a kid at the animal store and me complaining with my mom, gianluca in this case, " i want a zebrafish at home, i want a zebrafish at home, moooom please let's get a zebrafish!!"
gees they are so cute!

today is a weird day, cold and rainy again,
boston can be instead so beautiful in summer.
