I've been thinking for a long time at when i would have been able to go to Paris and finally visit it.
It is known as the most romantic city, perhaps the best gateway for a love break with your significant other.
I was there alone, walking around alone in silence, and that must be the reason which made me totally fall in love with it :)

I'll try to be short, a short report, for a short trip but with definitely many many things to tell.

FOOD : I tried everything i could try, seriously, and i must say, i'm sure i gained weight like crazy, but also that french food is close to heaven..

PEOPLE : "french people are arrogant, selfish and egocentric" one of the many stereotypes you can hear about French.. i had the luck perhaps to meet only people who belong to the exceptions.. as they were all more than available friendly nice and sweet (ok ok the waiters in the bar were the most obnoxious people i've ever met :)

CITY : A friend of mine told me about Paris, that you either love it or hate it at first sight, i totally loved it as soon as i stepped out of the airport.. it was raining, it was grey and foggy, and i felt a warm hug :)

CONFERENCE : well organized, really interesting, and during my talk, i was so calm that i was surprised! met nice people, had interesting meetings, and defined my future months, more or less.. coimbra i'm arriving.., totally positive!
